Jefferson Ocean has been matured on a boat, crossing the world, and “cross[ing] the equator 4 times, stopped at over 5 different continents” as the website says.

Color : deep amber.
Nose : sweet spices, caramel, vanilla, cake.
Palate : creamy vanilla, cloves, hint of clove and pepper, bursts of caramel.
Finish : medium/ long more baking spices, loads of all spice and cinnamon trailing off with caramel.
Comments : it’s delicious and smooth for a cask strength. However the price I paid $80 USD didn’t seem to match the quality, was unable to taste any notes of sea spray. Lovely nose and favorable finish.
