Color : freshly pressed apple juice.
Nose : caramel. Apples, sugar. Strong alcohol burn.
Palate : spicy. You can feel the rye but it’s not agressive.
Finish : mellow and no alcohol burn. Medium length. Quite refreshing.
Comments : great price/value ratio !! Good neat, excellent in cocktails. This is simple, but it does the job…I even like it on the rocks and paired with a good cigar ! Perfect to initiate someone.
