Ex-Bourbon casks with a finish in IPA casks
Color : Golden Amber
Nose : vanilla, floral, slight citrus
Palate : sweetness upfront and all throughout, loads of honey, vanilla, with a slight grapefruit and hoppy flavor. Overall very smooth
Finish : short, with hints of lingering honey.
Comments : overall very enjoyable the sweetness of an IPA do come through but without any bitterness when actually drinking one. Given it’s smooth and sweet id recommend
